DESCRIPTION: These heating and cooling bags contain rice, barley and oats and smell lovely when heated in the microwave. (They can also be placed in the freezer for a few hours and used as ice pack). These really warm up your bed on a cold winter night or make for a cozy pillow on your lap when hanging out on the sofa. DIRECTIONS: Heat in microwave for 30 sec intervals until you know how long it takes your microwave to heat to the perfect cozy temperature without burning. Do not fold over in the microwave as this can cause the fabric to burn. For cooling, these can be left in the freezer until needed.
IMPACT: These replace plastic electric heating pads and single use, disposable, plastic ice packs. When heated and used to keep warm and cozy these also help reduce heating bills and carbon footprint. So many reasons to love these!
