DESCRIPTION: This package free power is a great solution for laundry. 1 pound will clean up to 60 HE loads (1/2 Tbs per load). Package free laundry detergent will be shipped in a lined, brown bag. (If you buy to ship and do not pay for a bag, we will reduce contents by cost of bag.)Jars, coffee cans, and package free always available in store. Or for easy buy a can or first time users and when refilling online choose the 2lb plastic free box.
If you haven't trie the Sooap Stick for stains and the Oxy Brightener, both are well worth it. We recommend ordering 2 pounds., and unless specified, these will ship in a single bag. Powders are free of synthetic fragrances, dyes, palm oil, preservatives, and brighteners, and Meliora is a Ceritfied B Corp, woman owned.
DIRECTIONS: Use 1/2 Tbs with HE machines and 1Tbs with regular machines. For heavy stains, pretreat by soaking in detergent prior to washing or use a stain stick (see our Everything Soap Bar for Home/Stain Stick). IMPACT: No harmful chemical ingredients keeping our skin and water healthy. Think how many plastic laundry jugs you have diverted from polluting the earth. DISPOSAL: This is package free, so nothing to dispose of! If you do purchase in a paper bag, the bag is compostable except for the metal twist tie, which can be recycled.

Pretty good overall, maybe comercial ones clean more but are horrible for the environment

When I tell you this smells like heaven I am NOT joking, I wash all my clothes with this detergent and it smells great and it doesn’t give me any allergic reactions like other store bought ones did !

Meliora laundry powder is a great it cleans well and doesn’t harm the environment. Our favorite is the Lavender scent which is scented only with lavender essential oil so it’s a subtle, healthy, and calming scent. Highly recommend trying Meliora!
