Bread (Sourdough) Proofing Basket Liner – Banneton

DESCRIPTION: We have all cotton Banneton Basket and a liner. Each sold separately.

Natural cotton adds both charm and function to this Natural Round Banneton Basket Liner. The rustic look adds an authentic touch to any bread-baking experience. Use in a banneton basket for smooth bread crusts. 9" diameter with elastic band to keep lining in place. It will be a tight fit when washed with the basket. It can also be used with other 9" baskets.

DIRECTIONS: Place over the top of proofing basket, place dough on top of proofing liner after flouring. Hand wash booth basket and liner in cool water and avoid dryer due to shrinkage.

DISPOSAL: Cotton fabric can be composted. Elastic band and thread must be removed and discarded. Cardboard is recyclable.
