INSTRUCTIONS: Wash with warm water and soap, let air dry. Do NOT Microwave! Cooktop, Dishwasher, and Oven Safe! Dishwasher cleaning is preferred. Do not soak the steel rim because rust may form underneath. Use non-abrasive cleaners for stubborn stains and metal marks from utensils. Do not place an empty pot on high heat.
IMPACT: This Stock Pot features a porcelain base with an outer enamel coating. Due to its low porosity, porcelain is naturally non-stick without the need for forever chemicals.
DISPOSAL: Many charities or kitchens take donated kitchen appliances and use them for their own cooking. If you think the pot is unusable, then you can check your city's Department of Public Works website to see if your city has a program that accepts used porcelain.
