DIRECTIONS: Enamelware is steel with a porcelain coating – meaning it is not microwave safe
Don’t use enamelware in the microwave.
Don’t use abrasive cleaners or hard water stain removers. Don’t use sharp edged metal utensils on your enamelware or it will scratch.
Don’t allow enamelware items to boil dry when using them on the stovetop as that may damage the enamel surface.
Dishwasher, stovetop, and oven safe- be sure to use an oven mitt as the metal will get hot
DISPOSAL: These pieces are meant to last a very long time – even with chips they are still safe to use. The lids are recyclable plastic.
