Perfect for daytime use, GladRags Day Pads (9.5") or Day Pad Plus (11") consist of a holder and two inserts. This unique three-part design allows you to customize the absorbency of the pad according to your flow by choosing one or both inserts. With both inserts, the Day Pad is the equivalent of an average disposable maxi pad. You can even add a third insert and make it even more absorbent or wear just a holder for an ultra-thin liner.
The PantyLiner (6.5") and PantyLiner Plus (8.5”) are great for light days and just in case
The very absorbent night pad (14") comes with 2 inserts and is large for ideal coverage.

DIRECTIONS: After use, separate the inserts from the holder. Pantyliners do not have inserts. Soak in cold water, if desired, to help prevent staining. Use the presoak function on your washing machine, or soak in a covered rust-proof container. Change soaking water daily. Machine wash cold using a natural detergent and tumble dry low or line dry.

To be honest, in our house, we just rinse in shower, till water runs clear, hag dry and wash with regular colored laundry in cold cycle, without any special stain treatment and they come perfectly clean.

IMPACT: When a traditional pad is the equivalent of 4 single use grocery bags, and when the average American woman uses 12-18,000 single use pads and tampons in a lifetime and spends up to $8,000, the impact becomes clear. And we haven't evenn discussed toxins in traditional pads…
