DESCRIPTION: Stainless covered cast iron, this has some weight to it. It can be used ot keep food warm or to warm the bottom of a bed. Just be sure it's covered in little insulation, I usually add a terry wipe at the bottom of the lunch bag or place in a thick wool or cotton sock if adding to our beds.
DIRECTIONS: Put in oven or toaster oven till heated through, between 5-15 minutes usually does the trick. I make while toasting breakfast food. Using pot holders, place hot rock in bottom of stainless container and add food on top. Place small terry towel or pot holder on bottom of lunch bag for insulation (so the lunch bag doesn't get too hot) and you can keep food warm for hours. Be careful not to make it too hot for children.
