These aren't the heaviest and super expensive ones, but are sturdy, affordable enough to give away, yet reusable for years and uncoated stainless. So, NOT aluminum, and NOT non-stick, which is a big win in our book! Great for picnics, beach and pool. Available in small, medium & XL sizes have a depth of about 2". NOTE – all the XL lasagne pans have been shipped to us new with small imperfections. In store these are available as a single but online they are a set of two as the shipping is really hard for us to find a large enough box. so, find a friend who needs one!

Quick info on stainless, to the best of our research:- 430 or 18/0 is 18% chromium; no nickel
- 304 or 18/10 or 18/8 is 18% chromium with 10% and 8% nickel, respectively,
- 200 series is stronger and less corrosive and better value but can rust or discolor more easily so wash and dry before after use. These have 3.5-5.5% nickel; 16-18% chrome and 5.5-7.5 manganese.

I purchased the smallest stainless-steel tray for use with our toaster oven. Great little size for our needs!
