DIRECTIONS: When applying the highlighter, pretend to draw the letter "C" from mid brown bone (under brows) around to the outside of the eyes and onto just the beginning of the high cheekbone area. This will maximise the areas exposed to light. You can also draw a line down the nose and highlight the area in the cupid's bow above the lip. Open cap and push tube gently up from bottom. Keep at a low level. If you push up too high, simply push back down with lips to make the lip balm retreat.
